Dark brown pants can be coordinated with camel brown shoes. It is not a problem. However, for it to be well-coordinated, I would not choose to wear it with a black shirt. It just doesn't match well between black and brown especially when we have so much of black. It is better to choose either white, yellow, lighter shades of brown, or light shades of orange for a good color match. Make sure that your belt is brown color when wearing brown colored shoes.
As for your second question, you can wear both the black shoes or brown shoes against your light brown pants and white shirt. If you choose the brown shoes, then it would go very well with darker brown shoes to contrast the light brown on the pants.
