Colored Shirts to Match Corduory Sports Jacket

bought a brown corduroy sports jacket to wear with jeans in casual outings. However, I have been told a bunch of different things when it comes to colors of shirts that I can wear with that. The color of jeans I wear are typically a dark blue denim with a little of the fading on the thigh boards. What colors of shirts would match this outfit?

Considering it is Autumn/Winter period, you can basically choose earthy tones like orange or green to match with it. For brighter colors, yellow and red are fine too.
