Fashion Advice 49
Quality Dress Shirts
for Sales Job

Question:

I am in the medical sales industry and Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado. Therefore, I am on the road a lot. Could you recommend a quality dress shirt that requires little to no maintenance? What about non-iron dress shirts?

Answer:

I fully understand your concerns because I was also in sales as well. However, it is not possible to find dress shirts with no maintenance. I would say a little amount maintenance is still necessary to ensure the dress shirts are maintained in good condition.

If you are concern about the need to constantly iron your dress shirt, then I would definitely suggest you to consider non-iron dress shirts. I would need to remind you that non-iron dress shirts still requires some ironing especially when packed within luggages. But the process of ironing them is a lot easier than pure cotton dress shirts.

You can actually visit the non-iron dress shirts I am recommending from Charles Tyrwhitt. Otherwise, you can try other brands like Brooks Brothers with really good quality non-iron dress shirts.
