The vast majority of my business suits are conservative in style and color. My company is casual so dress is not an issue. Can an olive suit be casual and conservative at the same time?

So you can choose to have your suit designed traditionally for its conservative styling. To achieve both conservative and casualness also can be achieved through the way you wear your suit. If you choose to wear it without a tie, then of course the look will be relatively casual.
